GalaxyOfGuitars.Com wants your thorough satisfaction with your purchase. All our products are backed by a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with any product, return it for a full refund of the product purchase price, full credit, or exchange of your choice.
Returns or exchanges
In order to properly process your return, an RA number must accompany all returns. Please e-mail Support@GalaxyOfGuitars.Com to obtain your RA. All returns must be received by us no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number, be in the original packaging complete with all components including the warranty card and owner's manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse. Credit card returns are issued a credit for purchase price. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges. Allow 48 hours for processing. Your merchandise refund or credit will be issued to your credit card. Most credits will be viewable on your credit card within 5 business days.
